We live in the bay area and are considering moving to the Sacramento area. I contacted Peter and was very pleased with the results.
Forget about the big-name realty companies. Peter is a broker and can provide all of the services that they do. He created an account for us on his web site, and set up a search. We were delighted to find a dozen properties of interest. His web site is excellent, and we get automated updates with new listings. Software has leveled the playing field - he can provide better service than the big companies, and more personalized service. Peter responded quickly to e-mail and text messages. Peter spent most of a Saturday driving us around showing properties. He had excellent insights, helped us to get acquainted with the area, and was very personable and easy to work with.

Excellent service! We just bought a house with Peter Scott and it was everything we expected it to be. Peter was professional, available and always ready with an answer. He put it a lot of work (we kept running into multiple offer situations) but he handled it calmly and assured us we would find what we were looking for. He worked with our lender and saw the transaction through to the end. At no point did we feel left out of the loop or without information.
